Sasha Tesic, B.Eng.
Chief Engineer
Mr. Tesic has over 15 years of experience in mechanical and industrial engineering and software development, designing and validating complex mechanical systems and components with application in the oil and gas, alternative energy, automotive, marine, mining, communication, medical and other industries.
For the past 3 years Mr. Tesic has led Ikona Engineering, dividing time between Product Development (product to market, commercialization) and Research and Development (proprietary technology) activities. He was responsible for the design and development of 7 new innovative products, and improvement and commercialization of Ikona’s patented technology.
Previously, Tesic has held various engineering and design positions with Pacific Rim Engineered Products and Cassola Management in Canada, Skarabeja and Cobra System Engineering in Serbia. He has an extensive experience in using various CAD packages (Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCad) and developing software tools for automation and acceleration of engineering design and analysis processes. Mr. Tesic has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering (1992) from Yugoslavia. He has also published articles and presented papers in Europe and North America. |

Les Jeziorowski, P.Eng.
VP Operations
Mr. Jeziorowski is an engineering and management professional with 25+ years of experience in product design and development, manufacturing and operation management. His extensive experiences with manufacturing start-ups include all aspects of high performance engineering and production, project management, operation systems control and resource planning. He is an expert in DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) and Lean Methodologies.
His particular strength is in identifying value-added activities and as a result building efficient and effective consumer products and industrial business operations.
Mr.Jeziorowski believes that the biggest strength of any organization is its people and that management efforts should lead to matching employee personal growth with company objectives.
Prior to his current position of overseeing Ikona Operations he held various engineering, management and consulting positions at Whirlpool Corp., General Electric, Hussmann Corp. and QuestAir Technologies.
He also owned and operated his own product development and manufacturing company, Genco Technologies.
Mr. Jeziorowski has a degree in mechanical engineering from Silesian Polytechnic University, holds several US and Canadian patents and is currently registered as Professional Engineer with APEGBC in British Columbia, Canada. |
